The Brock Business Badgers website is currently being reconstructed to allow for more social interaction and easier access into the Business Badger world! This may mean that sometimes the information you’re looking for won’t be available at the time but be sure to check back as we are actively updating daily. The website is expected to be completed by mid-August. We would like to thank all of our student delegates and parents as well as our distinguised speakers that braved the harsh weather to make it to the A-Team event on Sunday March 6, 2011. The event was a great success and we look forward to hosting another in the 2011/2012 school year.

Brock is preparing to send 10 business students to Edmonton, Alberta on January 28, 2011. The business badgers are exited to be among the students attending this new competition.

EDGE is a live business simulation for students who strive to challenge themselves, test their skills and expand their learning beyond the classroom.

The event is an interactive, multidisciplinary, high energy case competition; a twist on the static case competition, where students read a case and analyze the alternatives, because of the added element of real time and active competitors that simulate a real business environment.

This presents an excellent opportunity for Brock business students to gain exposure to this new and exciting case competition which will hopefully continue to expand in the future.

The Business Badgers and other Clubs at Brock would like to thank everyone for participating in the Random Act of Kindness Day on Friday November12, 2010. We encourage everyone to continue the spirit and do their own small act of kindness throughout the year!!

The Business Badgers would like to thank everyone who attended our Meet and Greet pizza party on Thursday November 4 in TH245! It was great to meet everyone and we look seeing you soon! Some upcoming events include the Random Act of Kindness day this Friday, November 12th and the Jumpstart 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament on Sunday November 21st!

The Brock Business Badgers club has a new image! For those of you who signed up for the club at the vendor fair, you will be getting an  e-mail shortly explaining more about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities. The Business Badgers club was originally planning on organizing internal business case competitions for the 2010/2011 year. The club will no longer be doing case competitions, however, almost every other business club at Brock has opportunities to compete in case competitions!
